How to treat a Cazmo

I have been observing how ambassadors treated cazmos; especially new ambassadors.

New Cazmos don’t know the rules. When I see new Cazmos saying a wrong thing, even though they’re new, Ambassadors usually yell at them. Have you ever felt like you were….better than new cazmos? Tell the truth. I have. Now I don’t. One reason why I do not go on Planet Cazmo anymore is the way Ambassadors treat Cazmos. I know it was a mistake, but usually Ambassadors are not corrected.

One thing I do if I see someone doing wrong is that I click their cazmo and see how many badges they have. That tells me how long they have been playing. The other thing is that I know the difference between a new cazmo and a created cazmo. Make sure you know. It’s important.

Ambassadors, if you’ve seen a Cazmo (who is not new, but created an account just for trouble) and you see a newer Ambassador let him/her take care of that. The newer Ambassador probably hasn’t gotten that much experience in handling things. Go right ahead if you know they need help. Give them tips, but do not let yourself do all the work! That helps them learn, and maybe that can help you learn.

If there is no newer Ambassador in the room, go ahead and ask politely for them to stop. If they refuse, talk to them in private and maybe you can try to bring them closer if you have a story similar to the problem that they are having. Do not tell them you are going to report them. That makes them more anxious.
